Meadowbrook Community Church has three full-time Pastors who are dedicated to helping grow God's people by equipping them with tools from the Word of God.

Senior Pastor Ron Strack

Ron Strack has served as the Senior Pastor since September of 1999. His wife, Sandy is active in the Women's Ministries as well as many other areas. Ron is married to Sandy and they have a daughter and 2 sons.

Sandy is active in the Women's Ministries as well as offering assistance with many other church activities.

Associate Pastor Joe Barth

Joe Barth has served as Youth Pastor of Big Fish Youth Ministries since February of 2000.  He also gives oversight to Meadwobrook’s Small Group Ministry.  Joe is married to Donneta and they have two sons, Luke and Kolton.

Donneta Barth

Donneta serves as the Music Ministry Director and is very involved with the youth ministry as well. Donneta is married to Joe Barth, Youth Pastor and they have two sons, Luke and Kolton.

Associate Pastor Rich Vinson

Rich Vinson has served as Family Pastor since November of 2003. His wife, Tracey is actively involved in KC Live! which is the children's church as well as over seeing the Children's Education Program. Rich and Tracey are involved in developing a comprehensive family ministry. Pastor Rich and Tracey are proud parents of two children, Lauren and Ethan.

Associate Pastor Adam Drollinger

Adam Drollinger joined the Meadowbrook family in March of 2004 when he became involved with Big Fish Youth Ministries. On January 1, 2005 Adam joined the Pastoral Staff as Junior High Pastor. He serves Pastor Rich and K.C. Live on Sundays. Adam is ministering in a variety of ways ranging from puppets and drama to giving special attention to the Jr. High students on Monday nights when Big Fish has The Main Event.

Stacy Bates

Stacy has been the Office Manager since July of 1999. We will not begin to list the many things she does in a day. However, she is a blessing to the staff in addition to being a dedicated mom.

Nancy Rooney

Nancy has served as Early Childhood Coordinator since August of 2002 and is actively involved with the Children's Education Program. Long before that time Nancy was actively involved in children's ministries as well as being an active volunteer in other church functions. Nancy is a dedicated servant and mom.

Tracy Rodriquez

Tracy has served as Bookkeeper since August of 1998. In addition to her financial talents, Tracy is also a loving mom.
