Mens Ministry

Men’s ministry exists to support men at Meadowbrook. This ministry is about helping men discover and grow into authentic godly men who transform their marriages, family, church and community.

Meadowbrook Men
We care about the spiritual developement of our men. Check out the electives offered with a focus just for men. Bible studies like Tony Dungee’s UnCommon and Gene Wilkes’ Jesus on Leadership are what you can anticipate. Look for the “Meadowbrook Men” label in Meadowbrook Matters and the bulletin. You won’t want to miss these class options selected with men in mind.

Mission 127

The Meadowbrook Men’s ministry is recruiting, training, organizing and deploying teams of men to adopt a widowed, a single parent or someone with long term needs in our church and community. Mission 127 teams will be comprised of four men and each man is asked to donate three hours of time one Saturday morning a month (7:00 –10:00am). On a typical service day, all the teams will meet at Meadowbrook from 7:00-8:00am for prayer and a short Bible study; then the teams will go out and work at the home of their special care receiver from 8:00–10:00am. The teams will do basic chores around the home such as fix leaky faucets, clean windows, general maintenance, etc. At the end of their time, the men gather around their care receiver and pray with them. Each month, the same Mission 127 team will return to the same care receiver’s home. Meadowbrook’s Mission 127 will meet on the first Saturday of each month.GO TEAM!!

Womens Ministry

Leading women to know Christ in an intimate, personal and vibrant way. Encouraging women to develop and maintain deep and lasting relationships and accountability. Providing women opportunities to serve the Body of Christ and others in the community and the world. That’s our desire, to reach as many women as possible.

Bible Studies
Women Reaching Women offers a fall and spring Bible study on Wednesday mornings from 9:30-11:30am and again on Wednesday
evenings from 6:30-8:00pm. Child care is provided for all women’s Bibles studies. Each study is designed to help encourage, motivate
and challenge women to grow in the knowledge of God’s Word and to build relationships and friendships by participating in small group discussions. For more information on current Bible studies, please contact Sandy Strack, 351-3019, or [email protected].

Girlfriends’ Time Out100_9459
This exciting ministry is planning several events throughout the year…including a girlfriends’ night out, one-day road trip and a special couples event. Our goal is to allow ladies an opportunity to build new friendships and strengthen established one. Opportunities are given to invite your friends, both churched and unchurched, to come together to share laughter and experiences only familiar to other women.
