Dear Parents,
We would like to share the following guidelines to ensure the protection of your children while they are in our care. We appreciate your help in creating a safe and healthy environment for these precious gifts from God as well as our dedicated volunteer workers. We are here to serve you, so please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Tips Before You Arrive
- Make sure your child has been properly fed. This helps ensure a cheerful disposition.
- Be positive when speaking of your church and your child's class. Please be regular in your attendance, since familiarity with the workers and atmosphere will help your child to become well adjusted to their class.
When You Arrive
- Check-in Procedures - Parents should sign their child in at the check-in-center as you enter the room. Any new family or visitor is asked to fill out an information card for their child. It is important for us to find out if there are any special instructions for your child or any allergies. Every child (including our little visitors) will be assigned a numbers on their name tag. When a parent or guardian drops their child off, they are given the matching number for their child.
- Your Departure - It is best for your child if you keep your departure brief. We want your child to have a positive experience in their classroom. We will page you if your child appears inconsolable. Your child's number will appear on the screen in the upper left corner of the sanctuary.
- Wellness Policy - For the protection of all children and our volunteer workers, please do not bring your child to class if he/she has the following symptoms: fever, vomiting, diarrhea, discolored nasal discharge, questionable rash, any communicable disease or persistent cough.
- Class Activities - Your child will have a fun-filled experience learning about exciting Bible stories, memorizing scriptures, creating crafts which reinforce their lessons, and learning how to pray for one another's needs. The children will participate in KC Live! during praise and worship and then return to their classroom for age appropriate activities. Snacks (animal crackers, Cheerios, cheese crackers or pretzels) are served during each class along with water.
- Check-out Procedures - Be prompt in picking up your child following service in the sanctuary or from your Sunday school class. Your child will be eager to see you.
- Security - To ensure the safety of the child, no child will be released until the parent or guardian presents the matching tag for their child to the Junior Junction volunteer worker as well as signing out the child.
