Ladies' Bible Study

We are offering a ten week study on: “Lord, I Need Grace to Make it Today” by Kay Arthur.  How do you tell God what’s on your heart?  How do you prepare yourself to hear His answers?  Dig down to the rock-solid foundation of God’s Word and let Him meet your deepest needs. This study is a personal, warm-hearted approach, backed up with solid biblical teaching.  You will need to purchase a workbook for $16. which will be available at the Hospitality Center. This exciting bible study will be offered:
• Wednesday during the day:  9:30-11:30am
• Wednesday in the evening:  6:30-8:00pm  (starts February 6th for 10 weeks)

Special Events

The Special Events committee hosts various events throughout the year. Those attending are encouraged to invite friends, co-workers, neighbors, and those who do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. For upcoming events, visit here often. Adopt-a-Missionary Ministry

Each year, WRW sponsors an "Adopted Missionary." Cards, gifts, and funds are sent to this missionary as a way to bless them, as well as supporting them through prayer. Bettyann Rockwell, coordinator.

Women's Retreats

WRW hosted an in-church retreat in February and will be hosting other exciting opportunities for women and their guests throughout the year. The retreats will be a time of fellowship, building new friendships and strengthening relationships already established, an opportunity to invite other women of the community to participate, and a chance to renew, refresh, and deepen your relationship with God. Woman to Woman Mentoring Program

A way for women of the church to establish closer relationships with one another. Women are matched in mentor/mentee relationships for the purpose of encouragement, support, or discipleship.  If you would like to know more about this program, please contact Sharon Holt at 867-2242.

Mom to Mom Ministry

The Mom to Mom ministry focuses on women expecting a child, supporting them with prayer and encouragement and providing a gift to mark that special occasion ­the arrival of their newborn. This is a great opportunity to have a spiritual impact on the life of the mom and her newborn. If you would like to help out in this area of ministry or would like more information, please contact Jennifer Tapuaiga at 352-1243.

Meals Ministry

Many Meadowbrook families have been blessed by this ministry!  Whether your family has experienced the joy of a birth, the duress of a hospital stay, or the loss of a loved one, Judy and Janice have been quick to coordinate meals, utilizing the resource of our many wonderful volunteers. If you would like to offer your culinary talents to help meet this need, please contact Judy at 384-1047 or Janice at 384-1192.
